Pastor Harris is a native of Indianapolis, IN, and recently relocated to Fairfield, California. He holds his bachelor’s degree in Religious Education, a master’s degree in Theology, a Doctorate Degree in Theology, and three honorary Doctorate Degrees from some of our Nation's esteemed universities.

 

Pastor William L. Harris, IV has been preaching since his teens and has been in pastoral ministry since his early twenties. He has served as the pastor of Praise Covenant Church- Indiana for over twenties years and the senior pastor of Praise Covenant Church California for 10 years.

 

Pastor Harris is also the Founder and Overseer of the International Christian Apostolic Fellowship where he leads hundreds of churches both domestically and internationally.

 

An effective communicator of God’s Word, Pastor Harris is widely known for his practical and dynamic teaching style which helps people apply the timeless truths of Scripture to their everyday lives. He’s also an author whose books include A Polished Preacher, Thy Kingdom Come, Leadershift, and his most recent best-seller, Disturbed into My Destiny.

 

He is married to the lovely Lady Regena M. Harris and they have two beautiful children, William L. Harris, V, and Rei'miyah M. Harris.

 

Bishop Harris has a unique calling on his life to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ domestically and internationally and has dedicated his life to fulfilling the call.
